Nature of the Service
This site is a private reference for official Columbia County and Washington custody, court, and public-records resources. It stores no government records, cannot verify custody, release anyone, or submit documents. External tools are controlled by their own providers.
Permitted Use
Use the site lawfully and respectfully. Do not stalk, harass, threaten, seek unauthorized access, run automated collection tools, or disrupt access for others.
FCRA Prohibited Uses
You may not use information from this service or a partner tool for a consumer report or any purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. That includes decisions about hiring, firing, tenant or housing screening, creditworthiness, insurance premiums, licensing, permits, government-program eligibility, or similar eligibility decisions.
Outside Links
Links to public agencies, courts, locators, and outside tools are supplied for reference. They are not an endorsement, and this site does not control their content, data practices, availability, or terms.
No Warranties
The service is provided as is. No promise is made that content is complete, current, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that an outside tool will return a result. Custody status and public records can change quickly.
Liability and Indemnity
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site is not liable for damages arising from use of or inability to use it. A user agrees to indemnify and hold it harmless from claims arising from that user's use or breach of these terms, including reasonable legal fees.
Ownership and Changes
Site text, graphics, logos, and code belong to Columbia County Busted Mugshots or its content partners and may not be copied, distributed, or modified without written permission. Terms may change when posted, and access may be limited or revoked at any time.
Washington Law
Washington law governs these terms. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective and the invalid part is adjusted only as necessary. Questions about these terms may be sent through Contacts.
